The end of an era for Crofters Arran
03rd October 2022 - 12:55
Crofters Arran has been a staple of the island's hospitality scene. The family have decided that closure is the right decision for us.
Working with local suppliers to deliver our best interpretation of Scottish Hospitality, creating a Circular economy, supporting independent brands, showcasing our local produce here on Arran and combining it all with our passion for grassroots live music to deliver our immersive dining experience to locals and visitors alike in our red box, on this rock in the sea.
We have shared so many wonderful memories with so many wonderful folks over the past 9 years that we have been here - both as Crofters and as Fiddlers - and hope that you will continue to share with us as we now call time on what we have developed here on Arran.
Our final day trading as Crofters on the Isle of Arran will be Sunday 30th of October.
We want to extend a huge thank you to each and every one of you who has supported us over the years, from our growers and producers to our team and musicians, to guests alike - each one of you have been family here on Arran, and without you, it wouldn’t have been possible. So thank you.
We will be open as normal throughout October with our usual format of regular live music, refined kitchen classics showcasing our Arran Larder and, as always, quality banter and questionable cocktails (or maybe it’s the other way around)
We hope you’ll come and join us before we say goodbye and end an era.
From all the family here at Crofters
