Location: Isle of Arran, Scotland.

We're offering positions on a full time, seasonal basis (until October) with renumeration between £10-12 per hour depending on experience, plus tips, meals on shift, flexible days off and twin room accommodation available for £50/week. This is a great opportunity to work hard, play hard and have an immersive experience for the season.
The responsibility of the Front of House role will include, but is not limited to: delivering all aspects of the Steps of Service Handbook to provide service to customers including: greeting customers, table management using our online booking system, talking knowledgeably about our products, taking orders processed through EPOS, running food & drinks, clearing tables, making drinks to order and serving those at the bar, cleaning glasses and equipment, and maintaining stock levels.In addition to steps of service, the role will involve housekeeping duties; cash handling, including cashing up and completion of excel worksheets, administrative paperwork, use of the booking system, and maintaining lines of communication within the business. Sole charge responsibility will be expected on occasion.
The responsibility of the Kitchen role (Chef de Partie level) will include, but is not limited to: preparation of all food including baking, filleting and butchery; cooking and plating to a high standard to meet demands of customers and service; maintaining a clean and compliant work environment meeting both EHO and company standards; working with the rest of the team to develop menu items and produce intakes; managing deliveries and processing of orders; working as a team. In addition to steps of service, the role will involve housekeeping duties; HACCP including completion of excel worksheets, administrative paperwork, use of the booking system, and maintaining lines of communication within the business.
