Experiences to nourish body & soul

“To apply a modern and progressive approach to traditional Scottish hospitality, with a commitment to an authentic and sustainable crofting lifestyle on a Scottish island.”

We are looking to complement our team with energetic, experienced and enthusiastic individuals for a variety of roles to support and help drive our growing business.

A bright, confident character with a sense of humour is vital with a "can do" attitude and an appreciation of the small holding lifestyle would be desirable.

We are a close-knit, family-run establishment on the start of our growth strategy looking to implement a micro-corporate structure within the existing business framework. We are looking for people to bring their experience and creativity to assist in shaping the next phase of the company’s development: “from Bistro to Brand.” We take pride in our business, and our development, and are passionate about Arran, locally sourced food, sustainability and delivering the best possible experience of authentic island hospitality, with warmth and humour.

Location: Isle of Arran, Scotland.

Candidates must either be residents of Arran or be willing to relocate to the island for the duration of their employment.
